I created Glow into your Hier Self as a way to not only document my healing journey, but to speak to what’s really important in life. Psychologist Abraham Harold Maslow talks all about this in his hierarchy of needs. While humans have needs for physiology, safety, and love and belonging, they also need to feel confidence, self esteem, and self-actualization, or, becoming their higher self.

Too many of us are living in the bottom plane of existence, worrying so much about physiological safety and the bare minimum. But life is more than that – We are more than that.

Together, it’s our destiny to not only grow, but to thrive and glow into our higher selves, who we were always meant to be.
